We assume H&S coordination in design phase and/or execution. The role includes drafting or approving the H&S plan, coordinating contractor activities, supervising on-site compliance, controlling preventive documentation, and tracking the incident log through to the final certificate.
Approval or revision of the contractor plan, aligned with the H&S study and project specifics.
Opening, custody and follow-up of the on-site incident log. Communication to labour inspection when applicable.
Appointment, plan approval and periodic coordination meeting minutes with all stakeholders.
Reporting to the developer with detected issues, corrective measures and compliance status.
Periodic inspections at a frequency adapted to risk level. Photographic documentation and non-conformity registry.
Coordinator final certificate with full preventive documentation archived for administration and insurer.
Developer is required to appoint a coordinator in execution phase before works begin when multiple companies intervene.
Replacement due to leave, resignation or change of approach. Acceptance of current log and plan with documentation audit.
Mid-project changes, scope expansion, critical subcontractor onboarding or work on existing structure.
